IT teams and managed service providers get pitched AI features constantly, and most vendor pages describe every product as the answer to everything. NetworkBuilt exists to give a plain, short account of what each tool does, sorted by the job it does, so you can build a shortlist quickly and then test the tools on your own network.

The audience is IT managers, network engineers and managed service providers who need to compare tools quickly and then test them properly. Listings are free, sponsored placements are labeled, and corrections are welcome from users and makers alike.

If a tool you rely on is missing, or a listing no longer matches the product, send a note and we will look at it.

We focus on the work that fills an IT week: monitoring, service desks, devices, assets, security, remote support and the MSP business. We keep the descriptions factual, leave out scores and prices, and say "not enough info" when we can't confirm a detail. NetworkBuilt is published by Zwings LLC.

A tool is listed once we have confirmed that its official site is live and that it does what our description says. Each tool sits in the one category that fits its main job, even when it covers several. We don't publish scores, rankings or prices, because prices change often and a score would be our opinion presented as a fact. Tools we couldn't confirm stay off the site until we can.

Vendors in IT operations merge, rename and bundle products often. We recheck listings and update or remove them when a product changes hands or shuts down. If you spot one we missed, tell us.
