Remote access and remote support tools for IT teams, MSPs and schools, including unattended access to computers.
- Built for MSPs (multi-client)
Remote access and support for computers and mobile devices, with session tools for help desks and AI session summaries.
TeamViewer is a remote access and support tool. A technician connects to a user's computer or phone to see the screen and take control, transfer files and chat, or connects unattended to machines set up in advance, such as servers and kiosks.
Help desks use its business plans for attended support with session queues, user and device groups, and session logs. TeamViewer has added AI features that summarize what happened in a session and suggest steps, and it offers products for frontline and industrial use alongside the core remote support tool.
Before rolling it out, set up two-factor authentication, restrict which accounts can connect to which devices, and check how sessions are recorded if your support work must be auditable.
